When it leaves
We roast on Tuesdays and Fridays and post the next morning by Royal Mail. Bags fit through most letterboxes.
Postage
UK postage is £3.20, free on orders over £25 and on every subscription. Europe is by tracked post; the price shows at checkout.
If something’s wrong
If a bag arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, write to us within 14 days with your order number and we’ll send another or refund you. Because coffee is food, we can’t take opened bags back otherwise, but tell us if you didn’t enjoy it: we’d like to know why.
