This policy is demo content for the fictional Ostler Coffee Roasters. Replace it with a policy that describes what your own site and business actually do.
What we collect
When you order beans, start a subscription, send a wholesale enquiry or a message, we keep your name, email, postal address and what you told us, so we can roast, post and answer. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card details.
Roast-day emails
If you sign up for our roast-day emails, we keep your email address to send them, about twice a month. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits. If Google Analytics is used too, it runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you: write to hello@ostlercoffee.example.
